User Data Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Erasure

At SelfPrintz (operated by Akuro Technologies Private Limited), you have the right to request the permanent deletion and erasure of your personal data, customer account, and associated printing history at any time.

2. Automatic Document Deletion

You do not need to request deletion of your uploaded documents. To protect your confidentiality, all files uploaded to SelfPrintz for printing (PDFs, Word documents, images) are automatically, permanently, and irreversibly deleted from our encrypted cloud storage after a maximum of 5 hours from the moment of upload.

3. What Data Is Deleted Upon Request

When you submit an account deletion request, we permanently purge:

• Your registered phone number and user profile.
• Your referral code and referral reward wallet balances.
• Your order lookup history and device pairing identifiers.

Note: Tax invoices and transaction identifiers are retained solely for the statutory period mandated by the Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act and applicable accounting laws.
